What began as a “small problem” quickly grew and we found that our old plumbing was collapsing under our home. This job was quite extensive and involved opening the slab and excavating my yard to restore our water service. Ben, Dakota, and Mike did the job professionally and quickly and made sure I knew what was next. We now have our new plumbing completed and my kitchen rebuild is almost complete. Thanks, guys!“

“When another company told me that the error message on the boiler meant it needed replacing, I contacted Ambient and they were out that night. The error message said it needed cleaning. Instead of a $10k replacement, Ambient Air Care fixed my boiler for under $200. Les White is my go-to guy whenever I need help with the boiler. I recently had them install mini-splits in my 100+ year old home. His price was fair and reasonable.“
“MTS installed a new HVAC system in my home when its name was My Three Sons. I use MTS only, for servicing my system. This is an exceptional company, always providing great quality in products and workmanship. When you have an appointment with them and they are going to be late, you'll receive a phone call and they will tell you why they will be late (more than likely they found unexpected problems in a earlier appointment customer's home. While I very seldom recommend a vendor, I recommend MTS without reservations.“

“We have used Mr. Dodd for over 30 years because we can always rely on excellent service. He has completed several HVAC jobs for us during that time. When you call James Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing, the phone is answered by his wife Carolyn. With her pleasant manner, she does a thorough job getting detailed information about the HVAC problem. When Mr. Dodd arrives, he has a base of information to assess the problem. He then prepares a detailed work order including the material needed to complete the job, the amount of time to complete the job, and the cost.Over the years, Mr. Dodd has replaced an entire HVAC system in an older house we owned, completed a tune-up on an existing system (several times), replaced just a part of an HVAC system rather than the whole system, and this week, replaced a gas hot water heater for our home.Several years ago, Mr. Dodd hired his grandson as an assistant. The two work as a great team. So, when you call Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing, the same team arrives to do the job every time.Our latest plumbing problem had the team arrive, check the type of water heater needed, and locate where the water heater was in the house. The Dodd team was back in a short period of time. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and hauled the old water heater away. From start to finish, the job was completed in a timely fashion.When Mr. Dodd left to purchase a new water heater, he could have easily stopped at a nearby Big Box store. Instead, he went to a wholesaler and purchased a higher quality water heater at a much lower price.We highly recommend James Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing.
