Amazing studio. If you want to feel welcome and accepted and create an intimate community for yourself, this is it. Nothing stuffy or pretentious and the teachers are varied and knowledgeable. It's literally a melting pot of personality and style. Many of the members have been coming for YEARS and the owner, Stephanie, is kind, caring, and generous. You will find a teacher(s) that you absolutely fall in love with and probably make some friends too.

This place is my new favorite! First, Liz was super welcoming even though I felt terrible running in right at the start time of class, and no dirty looks from any one in the class either everyone was just super chill in the zone and ready for class. There were 7 or 8 people in the class which was awesome because it was a really great space and didnt feel over crowded or too big. I took the Vinyasa Flow level 2 and it was an AWESOME class! There was constant movement for most of the class with a few defined times and spaces for inversions and other more advanced moves to be practiced with support as well as an electric chant at the end.
