Our technician, Rob, is the best. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. I find their rates to be pretty affordable as well. We saw a significant decrease in insect activity. I would recommend their services.

I called due to hornets nests and the response was quick. The people were friendly and courteous from the start. One thing that I liked is that I never felt pressured to sign up or use their service. However, I'm glad I did.Dan was the technician who came to the house. He was very professional and explained everything that was going to be performed. He took care of everything and did a great job. I would recommend.Update after using for a few years:We had an ant outbreak and it was resolved quickly. So far we have been ant free and that has been well worth it.I added on the termite protection and glad I did.Very happy with the professionalism of the team and thoroughness...read full review

First service of my agreement was great. Traps were placed strategically around the house in a short time. Inside of the house was inspected and some spots around the slab were treated because we are renovating and everything is open. Very pleased to get off to such a good start with Accel going the extra mile.
