“Kyle came out for first annual inspection today and he put any questions we may have had on what to expect and what to look for going forward to rest. He was extremely professional and very thorough in going over his inspection with us. Thank you!!”
“We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Heath, Tom and the VA Renovations team and cannot recommend them highly enough!
They completed two major projects for us—converting our screened porch into a beautiful four-season room and transforming our attic into a bedroom and bathroom. From start to finish, Tom was amazing to work with. He and his team were incredibly detail-oriented, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and took great pride in the quality of their work.
There were no unexpected surprises, and we always felt like we knew where things stood. Tom was also incredibly patient and accommodating with our change orders and the inevitable requests that came up along the way. Nothing ever felt like a problem—he listened, offered thoughtful solutions, and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the end result.
Both spaces turned out beautifully, and the attention to detail really shows. Finding a contractor who combines excellent craftsmanship, great communication, fair pricing, and genuine patience is not easy. Tom delivered on all of those things.
We would absolutely work with them again and would recommend without hesitation to anyone considering a renovation or remodeling project. Five stars all around!”
