“This past winter we noticed our hardwood floors seemed to be getting loose from the sub flooring. We also noticed a small hairline crack above a window. We figured it had to be something going on with our foundation and that we needed a professional opinion. We contacted 3 companies and scheduled appointments to have the issue inspected as well as to get quotes to have it remedied. The first company was a no show after they asked me to remove all the plywood underpinning. The second wasn't thorough at all and seemed to be mostly interested in a recommendation for where to go for lunch. The third company I contacted was Virginian Foundation Solutions, they were very professional from start to finish. Brandon Beck, who did the original analysis, thoroughly explained what was going on with our foundation and what needed to be done to remedy the issues. The Blue Crew was assigned to do the work. They were great at explaining what they would be doing and how long they expected it to take. Nolan Raunswinter, the field supervisor on the job, kept me up-to-date on the progress of the job and answered all my questions.
