Flawless did an excellent job on my carpet. Jonathan customer service was great! He came in and went right to work! My carpet look and smell good! I will recommend Flawless to all of my friends and family.

I had many carpet cleaning done by dozens of companies. Most all quote you a price but they always try to upsell you other services. Not Kevin, he came and did the job, and not once did he try to upsell anything. What he quoted me is what he charged. You won't get that from other companies....I should know. So don't go with those companies that say they can do your whole house for $39.95. It's mostly baiting and upsell gimmick that will end up costing double or triple what Kevin would charge. Kevin's price is very fair and honest price for his work.PS. FYI, I live in Cary NC but he cleaned a carpet in a condo in Newport News. Don't want people to think this is a fake...read full review

It's beyond me how I could be the first to leave a review of this incredible carpet cleaning company and Kevin it's owner and remarkable technician. From start to finish he did everything he said he would in a very professional manner.. Cleaning 4 rooms for an unbelievable 110.00. I've paid double with others and did not hold a candle to this company. Listen, I'm not going to ramble on, but if you are looking for a carpet cleaning company look no further. He now has me as a customer for life!!
