The technician arrived on-time, introduce themselves, the nature of their business. They explained what was going to happen and asked if we had questions. The area was left just like it was when they arrived (cleaned). Once, finished, offered a walk through, explain once again what was done. Very professional team.

Benjamin is a great electrician. I’ve used Quality a few times already and they deliver on that name each time. The office staff is also super helpful in getting me locked in sooner. I will recommend this company any time someone asks for a top notch electrician.

Impressive and professional. Communication is key and seamless from scheduling, arriving, completion of tasks. Sergio and his helper, Aiden were diligent and focused not only on the work but cleanliness as work progressed. They took great consideration to provide a solution while maintaining the cosmetics of our house. I highly recommend them and their company.
