I went to Club Pilates because my doctor recommended it after having back surgery. I needed a safe way to build my core strength back up. From the first free intro class to 30 classes later, I feel stronger and look forward to each class I attend. I love the staff and how they take time to help me modify exercises if needed and really watch form to make sure everyone gets the most out of class. Each instructor brings their own style to the classes so they are new and exciting each time! Going to Club Pilates has been a really fun way to get healthy and stronger! Joined Courthouse Club Pilates over 3 years ago. The staff, classes and other members are amazing. I feel so much stronger and healthier since joining. Look forward to going as often as I can, great variety in classes, teaching styles, challenging moves and always so much fun!

Pilates is just AWESOME! I am so glad I tried it and now I come almost everyday;) all the instructors are amazing they really care about how you do in class, I see myself getting stronger everyday;) LOVE IT!!!
