“My lights were flickering and I couldn’t figure out why. I called Paul and he came out and took a look. He made arrangements to get to me the next day and thank God he did. He was up and down the ladder several times in the attic. Checking light switches and fixtures. He said let me take one more look in the attic to trace another wire. I said are you sure? He came back down and said let’s take a look at this plug. As soon as he took the plate off he saw it right away. You could smell the burnt electrical smell. The plug was still warm. If he didn’t care so much about doing a complete and thorough job my house could have eventually caught fire from that one loose wire. Thank you Paul!!!“
