I tried Esme because a friend of mine referred me to this business, and they referred me to Rachel Son specifically. As a man, it was my first time receiving a facial/beauty services, so it was a new experience. I only got two facials at Esme, but I was very pleased each time, so I highly recommend them to anyone in Norfolk/VB. Rachel is very knowledgeable and professional, and my skin looked and felt great each time I left their studio. Their prices are reasonable, and the studio itself is very clean and well equipped. I have been to Esme a few times for facials and to buy products. The other day, though, I signed up for a "Korean Detox Facial" with Hydrofacial add on. When I went the office was clean(it is always very clean there). Kim took care of me. She did an AMAZING job ! I've only ever done appointments with Rachel before so i was nervous to try someone new but I am so glad I did. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was very easy to talk to.
