“I had some issues with my installation and some manufacturer's defects on the windows that caused some black rubbery streaking that I could not get off at all when I tried to clean them. As soon as the Production Manager Ryan was made aware of the problems, he came to my house ASAP and personally scraped off all of the streaks with a razor blade and cleaned the windows himself. He was genuinely concerned that I had a bad experience and he did everything he could possibly do to correct the problem, and what he couldn't do on the spot he is scheduling to have done soon.
I have dealt with a lot of companies that don't really care if you had a good experience or not as long as they get your money, and this was the total opposite of that. With huge jobs like replacing every window in the house, there are bound to be some hiccups, but when you have such a high level of customer service and care when those hiccups happen, it really tells you something about the values of the company. I was blown away by Ryan's caring and thorough response and I would definitely recommend Better View to friends and family in the future.”
