“United Roofers were great. I got several quotes and I got the best deal from them . The lower price however , did not compromise the quality of the roof or the folks who put the roof on. They arrived at 7am and were finished with my entire roof before 3:30pm . They cleaned up everything and made sure that I stayed within my budget. The roof is beautiful and my house looks so much better! I’m so glad I chose them to replace my roof. I have no complaints and if I ever have to replace a roof again, it will 100% be through them !“

“Gilpin Roofing Co. is a class act. I have a two story house and a leak developed in the area where the lower part of the house connects to the larger part. I had a couple companies look at it and give me estimates but just didn't seem very confident to me. I then called Gilpin Roofing and the owner of the company came quickly. He told me what he needed to do to look for and fix the leak which involved removing some roofing shingles and vinal siding. He gave me a fair price to do this repair and I signed an agreement with him. The repair took about 3.5 hours and the removed siding was reinstalled and cannot tell it was ever removed. We have had a couple good rains since then and it seems the leak problem has been resolved. I was given a 1 year warranty on the work. If I ever have any other roofing problem or need a new roof, I would call Gilpin Roofing.“

“I contacted Sonny near the end of August requesting a quote to replace my roof, gutters and trim. After selecting the colors and styles of materials he scheduled the work. His crew arrived in a couple of days to begin their work. The whole project took about two and a half weeks. It's a relatively large roof. The work they provided is exemplary. “I dreaded having more repairs done to my house because of how much bad luck I've had with contractors in the past doing shoddy or incomplete work, not showing up, needing to be micromanaged, etc. Our house was a fixer-upper from the start that we've put a lot of work into over the years, and pretty much every problem you could ever have with a contractor we've had in this house. Mike and his guys were literally our first positive experience and will be the only handymen we'll ever be calling again when the need arises. They did a mix of work including siding, roof trim, and repairing a leaky back door and the rotted wood around it's frame. Had only one small problem with their repairs, which they owned up to and came back out to fix. No dodging calls once they already had our money or making bs excuses for why they needed to be paid more to amend a mistake, which was another too-common experience in the past. Communication stands out the most. They tell you when they'll be there, give you a heads up if things change, and show up accordingly. Seems like a simple concept, but again, in my experience something most contractors have great difficulty pulling off.“
