A truly wonderful experience! The place is clean and tidy, and the staff are incredibly professional and gentle in their interactions with the animals. She did such a FANTASTIC JOB on Mila! So glad I found this place - I'd been looking for a salon that does dye for a while & she's one of the few locally. There's two things I would address as far as the complaints in the other reviews: 1.) They don't really use the phone much, so I had to swing by to get my appt set up (but after you have your first appt, she will give you her cell # and you can just text her for future appt's) 2.) Wait time. It takes longer than other groomers, but it appears to be because a) she's mostly working by herself and b) She puts lots of effort in & does a phenomenal job.
