Shawn was prompt and friendly. He fixed my Dryer's heating element in under 15 minutes. VERY IMPRESSED!!! Will use them again if anything else breaks!

Reviews
Our warranty company assigned RDTTS to repair our dishwasher. It was not repairable so the warranty company replaced it. We used RDTTS to install our new dishwasher. The ENTIRE process from dealing with the warranty company(insert explicits!) to getting RDTTS to come out to replace it was SO MUCH LESS painful because of Shannon and Gene, the technician. Shannon went above and beyond her job to communicate and help us out. Thank you for making it possible for me to get my dishwasher set up before the holidays! We will be using RDTTS for all our appliance repair needs.
We’ve had a great experience working with this company. They’re reliable, responsive, and always easy to work with. They do a great job diagnosing and fixing issues quickly, and we’re always happy to have them take care of our properties.
