As a student I find the teachers to be adaptive to those in their class making everyone feel welcome. Seen. Heard and comfortable whether a beginner or a veteran yogi. As a teacher I find the team to be more than a team but a family that supports one another. Respects one another and Learns from one another.It is an all inclusive, non-judgemental community within itself where everybody is welcome.
I have been going to this studio for 18 months. The classes are terrific and instructors are wonderful. I highly recommend this studio for beginners and the experienced. Everyone is warm and inviting.
A beautiful space created for the many Ocean View yogis who are also neighbors and friends. HH gently guides new and experienced practitioners with a wide variety fun classes. Thank you Harmony Health. We are SO happy you are here ❤️
