Did an awesome job getting my wife in and out in a timely manner. Receptionist was very polite, down to earth and welcoming. Had to edit this review. Went back a second time just recently. I called to set a appointment changed the time 3 times and they STILL accommodated me. The gentleman was super professional and patient with me. He offered me the remote ask me to get comfortable and proceeded to tint my vehicle after closing time just to make sure I was taken care of. Listen, you don't see customer service and dedication to ones craft like that these days. These people are legit and will continue to get my business as long as they are around. This place is a must try for anyone.

This is the only cleaning business I'm using from now on! I've used Happy House cleaners multiple times and Maria leave my house spotless. Other cleaners would charge you for every little thing they do (a few dishes in the since, I'm talking a few cups and a plate), but that's SHADY. This business is NOT shady. I leave my home when they clean and I can trust them. I'm a stickler for a clean home (military and anal parents) and I have ZERO complaints - all smiles. Thanks again Maria!

I normally reserve online and choose "any available" and have never had a bad haircut. They cost more than I typically like to spend ($30), but they're also better than the chains (think great clips etc...). The shop has a cool, laid-back vibe.

I’ve been going to their shop for years (before they moved it to Norfolk) and I knew immediately when I walked in that it was different than other shops in the best way possible. I have always felt welcome at Colley Ave and able to express my likes and dislikes with Logan my tattoo artist. Not only was she quick, but did an amazing job running a first timer through the after care and process of a tattoo during what must have been a very busy day for her. Drove 4.5 hrs from MD & it was worth it!! Doris was so nice and communicative. She walked me through every tattoo, placement, size, etc she even made suggestions on placement based on future tattoos. ***UPDATED***I’ve received four tattoos so far by this company, one from Whiskey River and three by Norfolk Ink. I love all the artwork so far. One of my tattoos was original artwork designed my me and tuned or modified by the artist (Andre). This tattoo is probably my favorite, Andre’s artwork captured my idea exactly how I imagined it. The second was from a picture my son took with a couple different ideas from the internet thrown in and pieced together by the artist (AJ). My son and I both got that tattoo; AJ did an awesome job. The third was the compilation of a couple different images my wife and I submitted to the artist (Rama) and we both got. The fourth tattoo was gracefully tweaked image my daughter found, completed by the artist Beck. My daughter and I both got this one, and although I like the shading he did on my daughter’s arm a little more, Beck still did a bang up job on both of us.My only issue with an artists was with Rama. As a person, he seemed pretty cool. It was his music choice and the volume at which he played it that was rather uncomfortable for my wife and I. The tattoos he did though look pretty cool; my wife and I like them.
They sent Terrence Collins and he is the best! After 2 other plumers and having my septic tank pumped twice, this plumber from Roto-Rooter fixed my issue in less than 30 mins. He was friendly, professional, and very good at his job. I would recommend him specifically for all of your plumbing needs and you can call and request him in the Northeastern NC and Southeastern VA area. Five stars ?

We highly recommend Norfolk Plumbing (NP) for any home or business needs. We had to replace our 1960's shower hardware, so NP sent Ridge and Katrina to discuss and estimate the work. They came and provided great recommendations and information that we hadn't even considered. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable. In addition, they were friendly and fun to work with. The work was completed in a timely manner with no issues and looks pristine. They also meticulously cleaned up after the work. We appreciate that Norfolk Plumbing kept in touch throughout the process with excellent estimates, and appointment reminders (through e-mail and text message). In addition, they also sent a photo of Ridge with a bio of his work experience before the initial appointment, which was very helpful. We will be using Norfolk Plumbing for life now, and look forward to working with Ridge and Katrina again.

My first experience here! The owner was extremely polite on the phone and managed to squeeze me in even though they were about to close, which was greatly appreciated. I was honestly surprised at how fast he created the extra key, it was literally about 30 seconds. I tried Walmart before coming here but the machine was extremely slow, could only take exact change, and the credit card machine was down. Additionally, Walmart charges about $6 for a key while this place only charges $2 for house keys. I would 100000% recommend coming here before going anywhere else!! Thank you again!

Absolutely incredible. This is the first time I write a review on a business which I did not hire to do anything. The owner, Stephen Shaffer, showed up at our house promptly at the appointed hour. He was most knowleable and courteous. My wife and I just assumed our floor needed refinishing or waxing. Mr. Shaffer took one look and told us our floor could not be waxed. He proceeded to explain to us how to clean the floor. He was most cordial and helpful. He took his time to make sure we understood what we needed to do. Basically he gave us a free consultation on how to take care of the floor.To sum up, should I ever require floor repairs or embark on a new construction project, Stephen would undoubtedly be my first point of contact. I had a wonderful experience with Earthscapes. My request for help was prompt. Ryan showed up, we walked the premises and the fact that he was listening was most positive. He quickly got back with a proposal that could easily be changed if needed.We ended up with new sod and pavers being installed in the back yard. The shrubs were spruced up and the beds refurbished. I am thrilled. It was a tired back yard. Now it is a pleasurable experience to go outside and see such a pretty, inviting place.Everyone on his team was a pleasure to work with. Customer service was a priority and it showed. I enjoyed the guys on the team, and "team" they were!Communication was on going. I always knew what was going on, who was coming and when. I am in the process of getting a cadaver bone implant in preperation for a permanent tooth on my front tooth. Dr. Simone has explained the process clearly and even had me come in every two weeks once the graft was placed to ensure the bone alignment was good. He understands the financial impact on his patient. The state of the art equipment assists him in having the best outcomes for his patients. The treatment team is always kind and courteous. If your looking for dental office that wont let you down, give them a try. I have been a patient for over 30 years. Cant leave out Dr. Bonney who is in a league of his own.

Called with an emergency, I had dropped my top false teeth and chipped off a piece of the front tooth. The staff said Dr Frazier had a full schedule but she would work me in. Less than 2 hours later Dr Frazier and her efficient staff saw me and was able to set up a way to get my broken tooth fixed and even rework the top plate for a better fit. I had my first visit in the beginning of November but I was sick on the day of appointment and the office was extremely understanding and rescheduled me for the next week. Upon arriving for my new visit, staff welcomed me and checked me in with no problems. I was seen in a timely manner and met with Dr. Haggerty who discussed all my treatment options for my broken tooth that he could offer and that other offices could offer. We worked through what would be best and it was decided a Root Canal would be the best option to treat it immediately. Dr. H asked me to come back in 2 hours after eating and preparing for my procedure. I made it back for my Appointment and the procedure was extremely easy and quick. I was comfortable the entire time and was fine night Next day, i’m feeling just as good, no pain. I’d recommend Dr. H and his team to anyone! Thank you Leisure Dental!

Unlike any chiropractor I had been to previously. A good amount of time was spent diagnosing and understanding what was wrong. They asked a lot of questions and I was confident that my treatment plan was right for me personally.
Dr. Ainsley and her team are amazing. Dr. Ainsley does both Chiropractic and Acupuncture, which is a great combination for addressing any alignment and/or pain issues regardless of the cause. She is an expert at quickly finding the root cause and setting up a program that gets you feeling your best again. I've only been seeing her a short time but the results are outstanding and after each session I feel the continued improvement. I'm working out and swimming daily with little or no restriction or pain, and at 25 years old with 45 years experience that says a lot right there. Give them a call and you won't be sorry you did.

My 4 year old Labrador has been going to Bayview Veterinary since he was a puppy. He had a seizure this week for the first time and I pray the last. I was prepared to pay hundreds for lab tests to determine the cause but vet explained why it would be best to wait and see if and when a seizure would occur. Most vets would have taken my money and been far less patient with explaining the situation to me.

The Zen feeling you get after each class is enough of a reward to keep you coming back. If this is your first time, I would highly recommend Melanie M's stability class Sunday's at noon (Norfolk Location). This place is seriously the best treat I've ever given my mind, body and soul.The Laskin location has a rubber floor for those with joint sensitivity. Note: It will make balancing a little more challenging though??

Amazing location to get a "massage". This little Asian guy is not about making you comfortable. He's about his business and it works though. Don't expect small talk or that elevator music except from what they are playing in the mall. Don't get it twisted though, this Asian guy gets the job done ( no happy-ending, LOL). In all seriousness though he works on your muscle knots and makes sure to relieve any stress or tightness you might have in your body. I have literally come here probably about ten (10) times or more since December 2020 and I'm back again, today. Ima call the Asian dude Mr. Miyagi. LOL Make sure to bring cash if you want to get the right treatment for your next visit here. You know the Asians like the cash when they get paid better than the card. "His" name is Mr. CHEN.
Tiffany is unbelievable! It is no wonder that she works in a physical therapy office. She knows the body and she shares her knowledge in a comprehensive way to her patients. She read my body and shared with me what it told her. She covered tension and range of motion. And made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She is welcoming and receptive in her consultation and my time on the massage table.
Dr. Hutchinson provided great service pre and post rotator cuff surgery. He helped me prepare for the surgery by strengthening the surrounding area. After surgery he helped me get my mobility back by manipulating the arm during early recovery. Then he worked with me over a period of months to regain strength. I appreciate the business model which provides one on one focus with the DPT throughout each session.
