Met with Dr. Orouke at Fountain Direct Family Care in Chesapeake, for the first time and both my husband and I were extremely pleased with her practice. She was very easy to talk to, she took her time to really get to know us and our medical background. Impressed by the way she communicates with us right after we left the office.
Prior to our appointment she sent emails notifying us that she will be out the office and if any of her patients need medication refill to let her know beforehand. It is really like having a doctor in the family. We definitely will recommend her!!!

Commonwealth Window Tinting is my go to tint shop for my vehicles. They always do a great job and have great customer service. I took in my daughter's vehicle today 7-3-26 and Commonwealth did another outstanding job. You can really tell the Ceramic tint is working when its 130 degrees outside and you don't feel any heat coming in thru the windows.

We used Onyx to rent and install a large projector for our performance and they were amazing!!! After a week of working great the Projector died 2 hours before showtime and Larry, Eddie and the team pulled through!! They got us a new projector, had it installed and dialed in with ten minutes to spare to curtain. Our production was just as important to them as it was to use and it showed in their customer service. They are so friendly end helpful to work with. We will definitely be using them again.

She's not only super talented, but she's also really friendly and professional. She truly knows the science behind hair and always knows just what my hair needs. And the best part? She's always mindful of my budget! I've had braids, silk presses, and even rods done by her, and let me tell you, Tina does the most beautiful nails too! Kristin addressed all of my questions and concerns and took the time to show me a few different length options before cutting it shorter so I could decide what felt right. Still the best barber in Chesapeake! Looked around the city for a quality barber. Good to know there are still some classic shops in the area that can cut all hair styles. There's something special about getting edged with a straight razor! 5 minutes away is much better than going across the bridge! I love the fact that you can pay with cash or credit.

I have been coming here for 6 1/2 years. Great place and great people. Gilda seem to remember everyone's name. She does a fantastic job and is so friendly. The price is great and you get a high quality haircut. I will continue going here until they close or I move. Bring cash though. Cards are not excepted. I have no problem with that.
Everytime I have gotten a spray tan from them its always a great experience and outcome! All the staff is wonderful and I always feel comfortable! They also do an amazing everytime (so much better than when I do it myself!). The price is also so reasonable for what you're getting! I highly recommend for special events, but also if you're just wanting to be bronzed and feel amazing!

10/10 recommend this place. I’m originally from Chesapeake, but moved away. I was in town for a funeral, and this place took care of me like I was family. I usually see someone regularly in Florida who maintains my nail/cuticle health like a religion, and my basic gel manicures last 4 weeks or more… but needed someone to fill in while I was traveling back home. These guys killed it. They didn’t use a drill, took their time and paid attention to detail and my primary concerns. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great nails, fast service, and cheap prices. For only 75$ i got these great nails for the 4th of July, I usually pay double at another salon and they took all day to do unlike this place where they took me straight it and did it all in 1 hour, I am definitely coming back.

I generally did not have great experiences with other aestheticians and Brazilians, ending up with a rushed experience or with breakouts. Tricia is amazing. She really knows her stuff and takes it seriously. She takes her time to explain everything and each step she is doing and why. I felt comfortable even though I was nervous. She is dedicated and taught me how to do aftercare for my skin. I highly recommend going to her for services!

We were having issues with hot water not coming out of any faucets in our home and thought it could be related to our old boiler (1986) unit. After calling around to a few companies and even having someone from another company come out, we were recommended by a friend to call Bud's, where his father,
Mr. Toth, works.... BEST decision!! Patrick came out the next day to take a look at what was going on with the boiler and provided so much more information regarding our options. He even took time to take a quick peek at the washer issue I thought might have been tied to the boiler. He went above and beyond what he even came out to do. After mentioning to him that I was told there was a leak under our house the day before, he took a peek and got on the phone to schedule a plumber to come out that afternoon and take a look. Nate was just as great and so knowledgeable about how to fix the issue!! In less than an hour the hot water was running again!!
I truly appreciate the AMAZING customer service and professionalism that both Patrick and Nate had, and that they both took the time to explain options and how to fix the issue!! I love getting a free quote versus having make a deposit to get a quote. One Stop Plumbing gave me a quote the same day. I needed my garbage disposal removed because it wasn't working. I decided to have it removed. I wanted a new sink. The plumber did an excellent job repiping and installing my new sink. I love it. I strongly recommend One Stop Plumbing.

HIRE ZAP!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!! So Thankful for David and Dodd coming to the rescue. Had an electrician install perm outside lights. They started going out a section at a time. Sloppy work with cords…and so much more horrible things. I contacted David from seeing another great review. David and Dodd came out, looked at the horrible nightmare, looked at the house all around, went into the attic for inspection of what was installed, looked over the new perm lights sets, provided his recommendations as they went over the whole outside as to how they would install. They were on time for the estimate and for the install day. Repectful, friendly, knowledgeable, dependable, and SO much more. Very scared to hire another company once they did a horrible job when you work hard for a living and try to have your house look nice. David reassured that they will do the best job and will be very satisfied. Thank You Lighting Maintenance Inc. for your assistance last Thursday, 9 April 2026. There were 3 HUGE pieces of steel debris on EB 64. One piece became lodged under the front of the loaner car I was driving and I was unable to move from the middle lane for at least 2 minutes. It felt like forever! Finally the driver behind me realized I could not move forward and backed-up, so I could do the same. It is a miracle that I was not rear-ended or worse. As I drove WB 64 to return the vehicle, the 3-man Team from Lighting Maintenance Inc. assisted me (took pictures of the debris) and reassured me during an extremely stressful time. They were professional and courteous. I am eternally grateful to these gentlemen. No insurance claim was filed by the dealership. Thank You SO much!

If you are in need of a Locksmith and on a Friday afternoon, you can count on this company. I say that for this reason! I had several slam the telephone down in my ear.
But, from the moment I called “Lady Locksmith,” the ball started rolling. I needed a “keypad combination lock,” put on my door with a new handle for opening and closing the door. This gentleman gave me the price and how fast he could be at my house. He told me his current location and what time he would be here. He even called me in transit to my home for updating!!!
He put in my lock rapidly and educated me every step of the way! He made sure to educate me on how to use the lock with and without the key. He warned me to never give my code to anyone and give the extra key only to my apartment manager. So, I have a key and so will the apartment manager. The old lock removed no one ever gave me my key, only the code!!!
The lock works beautifully. Makes life so simple and I found his price reasonable ( especially for a late Friday afternoon call).
I appreciate everything he did for me. He treated me with respect and he made me aware of how the other person who had put in my old lock on the door had “cheated me!”

Elite Service has completed several project for me over the years from lighting to AC. They replaced 36 fluorescent ceiling fixtures with LED panels slashing our electric bill in half. The only changes he made, after discussing them with me, were excellent improvements to my design. He dealt with an issue with a subcontractor and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Wonderful staff! I had an animal decide to eat the siding off my house. They came and did the assessment of the damage for the siding and the roof. The estimated time to get the work completed was 2-5 weeks.
However, they were able to fix my home in less time. Also since there was no damage to the roof refunded the money for the shingles.
They also took the time to fix damage that was lower on the same side that I didn’t even notice.

We used Onyx to rent and install a large projector for our performance and they were amazing!!! After a week of working great the Projector died 2 hours before showtime and Larry, Eddie and the team pulled through!! They got us a new projector, had it installed and dialed in with ten minutes to spare to curtain. Our production was just as important to them as it was to use and it showed in their customer service. They are so friendly end helpful to work with. We will definitely be using them again.

We had great customer service from this company. I called the office and the person on the phone (Sheila I think?) was extremely warm and helpful. Within 2 business days she was able to get us scheduled to have an inspector come take a look at our crawl space. Dr Gift did an amazing job on my 7 year old Boxer removal of his 3rd eyelid. My only complaint was they were not very informative about cost. I was quoted 1200-1500 but when I got there the quote when to over 1700. Labs were not included and the receptionist didn't inform me of that when I spoke to her the day prior. Also the follow-up visit to take out sutures isnt included. In the human world follow-up visits are included with surgery and since I've never had to have a major with any of my animals I wasn't aware. Maybe a little clearer picture of what to expect would be helpful.

I've taken my kitty to 3 different vets in the VB area. This is definitely the best we've been to. She was comfortable exploring the room, the staff was nice and not pushy to her. They let me in the room to talk her through everything but brought her back to get her vaccines etc. She's spicy so I'm surprised they got her vaccines while she was awake without me holding her down. We put her to sleep to check out additional issues. I never had any questions along the way because they thoroughly explained everything. I never felt guilted that I have a spicy girl. I can order my prescription food through Chewy without needing additional documentation. I can also tell that they care for animals, even through to the front desk ladies. Overall 10/10, I'm excited to bring my crazy German Shepherd pup in :)
I have 3 Newfoundlands and 1 has had medical problems her whole life. The staff is unbelievable when it comes to treating your pet as their own. Big dogs come with big cost however I find this clinic to have the best prices when caring for your pets. I will always recommend this clinic to everyone!!! Love all the staff!!

Caring to both humans and our furbabies alike. This vet practice is a keeper. Everyone we've come in contact with from reception to the techs and including the vets have been kind and compassionate. They were able to schedule us in for a new patient urgent care (not emergency) visit and procedure. Having the option to wait in the car to minimize pet discomfort is such a simple but well thought option. Electronic signatures and document reviews are a plus. I absolutely recommend this practice, your pets will thank you!
Great place for Veternarian care. Quick appointment scheduled for my Dog Bentleys diarrhea. Problem resolved with medicated dog food. Reasonable prices too. Thank-you again. We will be back .
I’ve been taking my furbaby to Canine Corner since he was a puppy... he’s now 11 years old and I’ve never had a bad experience there. The people there have always been very patient and they always love on the dogs…I’ve never had a problem. They always do a great job!! 👍🏾

I have been taking my Dog to Posh Pooch for six month now. I don't tend to review a business on the first visit, I prefer to go back several times to see how they do over the long term. With that said I am very happy with the care and service that my Dog gets from Posh Pooch and I will continue to go back. I have a Working Line German Shepherd and he is typical of his breed; headstrong and stubborn but that doesn't slow Jess down. She has earned his respect and his trust. I take him in once a month for a nail trim, ear cleaning, and paw pad trimming. Their prices are fair and they attend to my Dog quickly and efficiently. I will be making arrangements to get him a bath and groom at Posh Pooch in the near future. If you are looking for a good Dog Groomer I recommend Posh Pooch.

I went today and I haven't had a massage since covid and could tell my body was in dire need. I asked for deep tissue and boy was that perfect. Julia is very strong and did a perfect job to get deep in my muscles. Julia did hot stones today, probably wont get those again but thats my preference. I will be back.

Massage therapist did a great job! She really focused on my tight and tense areas, including spots I didn’t even realize were causing pain. After the session, my sinuses also felt more open and were able to drain better. Highly recommend!

Monica is the best massage therapist I've ever seen. She really listens to wear your body needs attention. She truly cares. I cry of happiness everytime I see her because I get the best feeling of relief. She gets all the knots out of my neck, back, and shoulders while having a calm environment. If I could give 100 stars I would. Please take my advice. She is kind, sweet, understanding of your needs, and her pressure is on point.

I just left the place, having experienced the best massage of my life. I’ve visited many establishments, but this experience was absolutely the best I’ve had to date. I will definitely be back—and very soon, at that! The staff were simply outstanding; the pressure applied was just right, and they performed their work with incredible diligence and focus. Fantastic experience with Ashley for my post meniscus surgery rehabilitation. All of the staff are great, but for me, Ashley was a standout. She was very interested in resolving my persistent foot pain that ultimately resulted in a faster recovery of my knee! I highly recommend this practice for 1:1 customized rehabilitation.

They were able to schedule me in quickly and I got progressively better over the next 6 weeks of PT. The therapist (Ryan) and receptionist were friendly and accommodating. I had a pinched nerve in my back and at the end I was 100%. They did a great job!
I go here as a patient and refer my patients here. Front desk \\u0026 therapists are all amazing \\u0026 very accommodating with my hectic schedule. Always look forward to my visits.

The entire team is great, including receptionists, pt assistant Ashley and the physicaltherapists! I have used the same therapist, GG, to help me recover from rotator cuff surgery and both knee replacements. She is patient, professional, personable, and caring. I've observed the other therapists, and used a couple of them in her absence, and they are equally great. I received individual attention most of the time and didn't feel slighted if she had to attend to another patient. I highly recommend this hidden gem. Hopefully I will not need therapy again but if I do, this will be my first option.
Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend StretchLab!! I was skeptical, but gave them a shot at my nagging lower back issues related to tight hamstrings. It’s helped immensely. Expensive, but without question, worth it!

While my previous review was accurate, I wanted to reevaluate my review. I am an almost 40 year old first time driver. It took me some time to get someone to help me but I'll tell ya I'm glad I held out for Fuhrmann. I was nervous going into it but my instructor was very calm and helpful while driving. I feel super confident that upon finishing the behind the wheel sessions I will be a great driver. Ty so much for going out of your way to help me!
My teen just finished his behind-the-wheel with Teresa. Right from the first hello, she was warm and kind and immediately created a comfortable learning environment. Every day he came back smiling, sharing their route and all they worked on. She was positive, encouraging, and diligently emphasized safety. This was a wonderful experience and I can't recommend her enough.
