Alex was extremely professional. He was flexible on scheduling, got the job done fast without sacrificing quality, and was very upfront about cost and expected results. Highly recommended.
The owner does a good job but I can't recommend anyone I personally know to hire him for the simple fact that he quoted us more than what we saw advertised on the company website (post-service).We were referred to Alex by an honest business owner who previously cleaned the carpets in another home. Via text, Alex reached out to me directly from the referral and provided a quote to clean 4 bedrooms ($199) and stairs ($50). I did ask if he was outsourced or worked for the business owner, to which he stated he has "worked with" the business owner for 2-3 years. Alex called to confirm the appointment. He arrived on time, was very professional and respectful. He did an awesome job cleaning our stairs and foyer! More importantly our cat Loved him ?. The Biondo family!
