Came in scared that there was something really wrong with my large breed boy who at some point over the weekend couldn’t stand up. Came to the wrong site thinking it was the ER. The front desk team was warm, friendly, and soothing. They said they’d work me in, I was seen within 30 mins. Everyone, from the tech, the vet, and the person helping with check out, was stellar. I felt amazingly well taken care of and their low interventional approach was grounded, and appreciated.
Very cozy and clean. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and kind to my dog and I. The visit was not rushed, the prices were fair, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything we didn’t need.
Dr. SOLES is a true professional with 40 plus years of experience. He is a breath of fresh air with a desire to actually help you find out what is wrong with your pet. It was refreshing to actually get answers to my questions.
