Great experience, the work was done in a few hours. They were able to help moving the furniture from the room and then removed the carpet, fixed the floor squeaking, applied an antimicrobial treatment and laid the LVP flooring very well. They also installed a threshold, as well as painting and caulking the shoe molding/quarter round. After everything was finished and they cleaned everything up, they helped to put the furniture back into the room.
I would highly recommend using them if you're looking into getting your floors replaced and or repaired. You can also be flexible in how you pay if you're looking to pay in installments.
I have original Parque floors in my living/dining area and a bedroom. They were stained and a mess from where my mom‘s dog had peed on them. I was ready to tear it all up and put down new, but Billy came by and talked to me and said it was too pretty to not fix them so his guys came in and took up some good squares from a closet and replaced the old squares. After that, theysanded and refinished the whole floor with three coats of protective gloss on top. I was more than pleased. Billy is great to work with as are his guys. they got right to the job and finished it within the week. I highly recommend Artistic flooring for all your flooring needs
Billie came out and met with us to understand our needs, helping to decide between LVF or carpet for our four bedrooms, hall, and stairs on the second floor. We ended up with great carpet installed by employees not sub-contractors. Great work, great price, great experience.
