“We used Best Roofing of Virginia because we had watched them install our neighbor's new roof a while back. When we called, we spoke with Ty Cox. He immediately scheduled a satellite examination of our roof. The next day, he came to our home with a detailed report. He took his time and answered all of our questions and helped us to understand the information. He gave us great suggestions about products and which colors and styles would complement our siding and trim. He was able to give us a real vision of what it would look like. The next day, he came back with roof samples and drip edges (that we needed because of the way the old roof was installed). He has over 14 years of experience and definitely does his job with passion. Though we were not overjoyed about getting a new roof, he actually got us excited about it!
