I cannot say enough good things about my recent Mind/Body reset with Carmen. The massage was exactly what my body needed - perfect pressure and relaxing enough to put me to sleep! The added Reiki took the entire experience to another level - I left feeling deeply grounded, peaceful, and physically refreshed. The environment is peaceful, calm and welcoming. If you are looking to reset both body and mind - this is the place to go!!

My husband booked an appointment for me for a pre-Mother's Day present after I expressed some back and hip complaints. This is my first baby and I haven't had a massage in years so I was a little nervous. My appointment was with Calista and my mind was immediately put at ease the moment I walked in. She's the nicest, most gentle, and super understanding person and certainly knows what she is doing. I have made several appointments after the initial one I went to and I look forward to going each time! A lovely, relaxing, beautiful facility! I was very nervous as I have never had a massage before and I am pregnant, but I am so glad my husband made an appointment for me! They cater to women's body and Calista was a very beautiful, patient, and lovely person to work with me, she was so patient with my needs and very understanding! I totally recommend her for prenatal massage and regular massage! I literally forgot where I was for a bit and took a small nap! The facility was very clean and relaxing! Will definitely be coming back!
