“We had the absolute pleasure of having a team, (wish I had been smart enough to ask names), of gentlemen come in and clean our carpets and tile flooring.First, let's discuss these two gentlemen.I can give you all of the standard platitudes...professional, friendly, hard working, etc.But those platitudes fall well short of how these two gentlemen treated us, going out of their way to make certain we were content with their work.As for the actual work they did...We have been in this house four a year. I bought a carpet cleaner from Lowes, and honestly, I've been quite happy with it, but the wife insisted we get the carpet professionally clean.I am so happy she did!What I thought was a clean carpet looked/looks so much better than it did...Our tiles...we thought the grout was an ugly looking black grout...guess what?It's breige....and now it actually looks good.We have additional rooms upstairs we will asking them to come and clean for us.We don't need to look for anyone to clean our carpeting...United Floor Care, will be the company we call in the future...petiod!!!“

Antoine \\u0026 another employee checked all the walls for mold \\u0026 wetness. They pulled out all the carpet \\u0026 vinyl flooring, plus wet insulation in the walls.
