I had a toothache that lasted 2 weeks. Was put on antibiotics after being diagnosed with tooth abscess. Was seen in office as soon as a appointment came up. The staff was professional and customer service was outstanding.

the team is so friendly and they made me feel very comfortable. they communicated very well and put me at ease when i was very nervous. i’m happy that i found a team that i enjoy going to!

TRUSTWORTHYThe first word that comes to mind to describe Kempsville Dental is trustworthy. Look no further for a reliable dental office you can trust. The office staff, specifically Ally ( I think that was her name) was very kind and had great communication. The dentist is straightforward. I previously went to a different dental office and was completely dissatisfied with their customer service and quotes for services. I felt I was being scammed. My husband was told he needed a crown and a root canal, and we were quoted $1,000+ . I asked around because something didn’t feel right and a friend pointed me to Kempsville Dental.
