I have had the best experience with my technician Bradley. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all my questions and explained everything throughly. He has done 2 service calls for me now and will be my go to guy. Mr Rooter is so convenient, they answered my calls at 7:30pm, put me on the schedule for the following day. They send updates and texts as to when Bradley would be arriving at my home. I just can't sat enough good things about this company.
Keiyon was absolutely amazing! He came out at night to identify the problem and returned the next day to complete the repair. He was incredibly patient and professional despite my very busy household full of loud children and barking dogs. He made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and did excellent work. I truly appreciate his kindness, flexibility, and willingness to work around all the chaos. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Keiyon and Mr. Rooter Plumbing!
