I cannot say enough positive things about Shine Yoga Studio in Virginia Beach! While I have been practicing yoga off and on in the comfort of my own home for many years, I have never been in a yoga studio or taken group yoga classes and thought while I was on vacation that I would give it a try. I did a search, Shine came up, and I reached out and asked questions about classes for out of towners. This is by far my favorite studio in Hampton roads! The studio itself is sooo soothing and feels SO peaceful! The building sits behind West Neck trail so you can do yoga, get a coffee and go for a nature walk! It's such a nice self care hub. Also the owner Kacie is SO kind. You can truly feel the sense of community here.
