Our Design Cosultant, Kelli, was fantastic. She is very talented, extremely easy to work with, is very organized and follows up on everything. The showroom has examples of everything you will ever need to design the room of your dreams. Great company to work with, can't say enough good about them.

You must have an appointment, which can easily be done online. Then they call you for a quick consultation, followed by your in-person appointment, which comes very soon after. While initially it seemed like a potential hassle, it actually turned out to be quite efficient and productive. Jessica was incredibly knowledgeable and had already picked out something for me by the time I got there. It turned out to be exactly what I needed. The whole process took 30 minutes. Their selection is beyond comparison in this area. Highly recommend!

I worked with Kelly and Jessica in the showroom to pick out a tile backsplash, edge, grout and caulk. I came in a few times and needed tiling advice and the staff always exceeded my service expectations. Additionally, I talked with numerous staff members on the purchasing side and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their time and effort. Thank you!
