I can not say enough good things about this company! We used them for a place of business (East Coast Carpet Care) after using another company 6 times and could not get it under control! First, I will say the customer service from Kathy in the office was exceptional! Very nice, worked with our schedule, quick follow ups and reminders, returned any calls in a timely manner. Demetrius came out to access and give us a estimate. He was personable, super nice, polite, on time, knowledgeable and had no problems answering any questions. Our service tech was Krystal. She called ahead as promised and showed up on time. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and went beyond her duties to explain how to seal the crevices behind our stove. If I ever needed assistance again, I would use Diamond Exterminators and definitely request Krystal!
