Donald always takes the time to answer my questions or my concerns. He always addresses them. I think he does a fast and accurate servicing on my lawn, and he always Tells me if he has any concerns about the yard that I need to address such as watering or cutting

Recently came back to TruGreen after living in a condo (using COA-provided lawn service) for several years then moving to a single family home last month. Setting up was easy with the customer service rep. The TruGreen app made it easy to pay and receive updates on service appointments. And the tech was prompt and friendly.

I used this company in the past and then unwisely thought that I could do it myself, and found out how quickly and more expensive it was to do it myself and there was no guarantee or warranty then either. So I am back with this company and loving it!Services: Weed control
