I’ve being getting tattoos by Carl Fuchs for 20 years now. Always a great experience and his work always is better than I could have asked. I live out of town and have for many years. Making an appointment and getting work done is always a good excuse to catch up with an old friend. I 1000% recommend him and Red Five if you’re looking to get the best quality work and not be over charged like some shop would do you.
Carl is such a professional. He completed my first tatoo in 11 years! On my birthday, I bumped into a couple that recommended this shop for tatoos. After some research, we found Carl Fuchs and absolutely loved his work. However, he was booked for 6 to 10 months out. Instead of admitting defeat, I took a chance and stopped in and Carl graciously offered to do my tatoo that Tuesday! He also offered really great advice on making my tatoo the absolute best! Recently finished a full sleeve with Chris Stoll and he knocked it out of the park! He was always setup and ready to tattoo. We got it done quickly and he made sure I was good every step of the way.
All around i’m seriously impressed with Red 5 Tattoo. The shop is laid out nicely with private rooms and a huge comfy waiting area. Front desk staff is super friendly & makes scheduling a breeze. It feels like an upscale experience that doesn’t break the bank.
