A lot places try to push products but I’ve never had that experience at Ksenia’s. Also the owner (Ksenia) is inviting and friendly. The suite is beautiful, bright, and clean. Appointments have been relatively easy to schedule. On one occasion, I arrived and the equipment for my treatment had an issue earlier in the day and needed to be serviced.
