Hello,
I have been a Virginia Beach resident for 66 years and in all this time of dealing with home repairs and service people, one of my best experiences recently occurred because of two specialists associated with : Mr. Rooter Plumbing…Mr.Adem Riecken and Mr. Matthew Parker. Both of these young men were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a joy to work with in the worst of homeowner situations that occurred due to sewage issues in my home. Like all of you, I have seen Mr. Rooter trucks all over town, but never thought much about them with all the available plumbing companies in our area. I am so glad that I made the call to this company for my specific issues. These two gentlemen did an incredible job , were neat, prompt , aware of the surroundings and took great care to protect all areas related to , in performing their jobs. My work involved many days, much disruption on my property and life and these 2 men handled it all with patience, grace, and profound expertise . If any of you are in need of masterful certified plumbing specialists , then I hope you have the good fortune of getting Matthew Parker or Adem Riecken for your needs….you won’t be sorry. Call today and ask specifically for these two men!!!

Serious blockage in kitchen pipes. Mike was the plymber. He was professional and worked incredibly hard to clear my pipe. He persevered and got the job done. I would give him the highest rating of any repairs man I encountered ever. Everything about the service call was great. Price very reasonable and Mike went above and beyond to fix my stubborn clog. He was fantastic.
William Manning came to our B&B that was having some significant drainage issues, and was able to solve a very stubborn clog situation in the main line. He took his time diagnosing the issue and then persevered until it was fixed!
William displayed the upmost professionalism and courtesy and I highly recommend you request him when needing service from Roto-rooter Virginia Beach!
