I've used this shop twice now for 5 different keys and I've had nothing but a good experience. They're a local small business. Very old school with hand-written receipts. I ended up having a problem with one of my keys, and when I went back in they made it right with no issue and no second guessing me. I will continue to use the shop for any of my key needs, and I will recommend them time and time again.
This the worst business I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional and rude staff. It took them 2 weeks to order a key fob for my car. When I complained, and asked to cancel my order and refund my money, they simply refused. They informed me that the manager, who doesn’t exist, is the one who has to get me a refund. Make yourself a favour and avoid this shop at any cost.
