I've used this shop twice now for 5 different keys and I've had nothing but a good experience. They're a local small business. Very old school with hand-written receipts.
I ended up having a problem with one of my keys, and when I went back in they made it right with no issue and no second guessing me.
I will continue to use the shop for any of my key needs, and I will recommend them time and time again.

Reviews
This the worst business I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional and rude staff. It took them 2 weeks to order a key fob for my car. When I complained, and asked to cancel my order and refund my money, they simply refused. They informed me that the manager, who doesn’t exist, is the one who has to get me a refund. Make yourself a favour and avoid this shop at any cost.
I needed an extra chip key for my Chevy Silverado, and Key West made it for me in about thirty minutes, which included programming the key, and that took about 15 of the minutes. They were very friendly and professional, fast, and the price was extremely reasonable, even less than I was quoted when I called. I highly recommend them!
