Dr. Giles always goes the extra mile. She explains everything in ways you can understand and provides treatment options. Amanda is also amazing and my pet loves her. The onsite testing gives you answers right away. I truly recommend Salem and entire team and appreciate all they do for us.
I've had two dogs cared for by the wonderful team at Salem Vet, and with every experience it is evident that they all want to do their best by you and by your pet. I had a terrible experience with VEST pet hospital the day before i came to salem. Said my pet was “too aggressive”, had me waiting for almost 2 hours just to turn me away unless I was willing to pay $687 for an exam that included sedation but couldn’t even get my cat out of the carrier themselves, in a time that my cat was desperate for help. I called Salem the next day in desperation of trying to get my cat seen. I booked an appointment online & the lady at the front desk was able to get him seen earlier due to the nature of my concern.
