Will is so professional. He called prior to arrival that helped me be ready for my appointment. He was extremely polite, attentive and easy to work with. He was clearly concerned as to whether I was happy with the work that he did at all times. He paid attention to extreme detail, and he worked really hard on the carpets. It looks absolutely amazing and smells amazing. I have never had this kind of carpet cleaning service before in my life. Will and Dana from Master Cleaning LLC were awesome! Very professional and thorough in all the duct cleaning throughout the entire house. After showing us the catch can of all the dust and debris that was pulled out of the HVAC system, we were very pleased to know that we are no longer breathing in all that dust and pollen that’s been caked on over 25 years in this house.
