Went to Rachel at Direct Performance with knee pain and very limited mobility. She was great, and gave me a plan to get better. Now the knee pain is gone and I have much better mobility. I highly recommend Rachel at Direct Performance.

Direct Performance Physical Therapy is simply a huge step up from your traditional physical therapy. Rachel was my therapist and she helped me with a separated shoulder and a hip issue. I do 2-3 days of hot yoga each week and it was very challenging getting back with a major shoulder issue. Rachel would ask me to show her the areas that were giving me trouble and then we would do specific stretches and exercises to get my strength and mobility back. I was back on my mat in no time with full shoulder mobility and I am rapidly getting my strength back up to speed. Thank you Rachel!!
