Dr. Stephen at Direct Performance is easily the best PT in the area. I’ve seen more improvement with him than with any other therapist I’ve seen in the past. Dr. Stephen is personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He understood my condition right away and suggested exercises tailored exactly to my condition. He kept me motivated when I felt low. He really cares. Highly recommend!

Dr. Rachel is a concussion/headache magician. She was able to find my triggers and cut my migraine frequency in half in 1 session! She also had such a detailed evaluation that found a handful of limitations to work on improving following far too many concussions. If you get migraines, do yourself a favor and book immediately!! ⭐️
