“The staff are always warm and welcoming. They let you know if a treatment will be accompanied by any discomfort and provide after care instructions. Appointments have been relatively easy to schedule. On one occasion, I arrived and the equipment for my treatment had an issue earlier in the day and needed to be serviced. I was given a comp. treatment for a different service so that I was still able to receive a treatment m, as well as try something different, and my time wasn’t wasted.“
