I had a great experience with Talent Termite, thanks to Ricky Schmitt. He provided a free inspection and was cordial, professional, and punctual. Ricky was easy to communicate with and very organized. He arrived prepared with gloves and shoe covers, and was delicate with everything, even cleaning up debris. Highly recommend Ricky for his thoroughness and professionalism.
Arrived on time. Completed all tasks on time. High quality service. Very polite. Cleaned up after themselves. Wish they would have worn shoe covers while walking throughout my house. Not a huge deal, but would have made the service more perfect.
Our appointment was scheduled for 1:00 today and the technician showed up promptly at 1:00 he went under the house to check the foundation and did a final adjustment to the house then briefed me on what was done I'm very pleased and would refer talent to anyone who may need a foundation inspection
