“Our water heater burst and flooded our entire first floor, and United Restoration Inc. was at our home by 5:00 AM to immediately begin the mitigation process. From the very beginning, they acted quickly and professionally, which gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful situation.

We had water damage in six rooms, and the team wasted no time getting to work. They pulled up all of the flooring and carpet, removed the kitchen cabinets, and thoroughly started the drying and mitigation process. When they come to work, they WORK FAST!

What stood out the most was how transparent and responsive everyone was. They answered every question we had, kept us informed throughout the process, and were available whenever we needed them, literally 24/7.

I called him at 8 p.m. on a Thursday night and he was at my home at 8:45 a.m. on Friday morning. He promply extracted the water and set up blowers and a humidifier. He left the equipment all weekend and then helped put all my furniture back in place when he picked up his equipment. He was friendly and professional. Very appreciated during a stressful situation. He also accepts debit cards. That is hard to find these days.“

“I would like to publicly talk about how honest this company is. We sought them out after a small leak in our pipes that seeped into an adjoining wall/floor. We had another company come out and told us we'd need to replace down to the studs. We called Water Damage Solutions as a second opinion because we had quickly fixed the leak once it happened, and had already removed some flooring/drywall to start the drying process. John came from Water Solutions and took readings and ensured us that we were dry and that he couldn't in good faith do anything because we had no moisture.
