The guys at Harmon did a fantastic job! We needed two new water heater units in a tight space to improve our homes output. They were quick, informative and the end result looks fantastic. Can’t wait to use our jacuzzi tub now that we have the right setup!
I originally left a negative review regarding the charge for the work on my water heater. I felt the charge was excessive. I have since contacted Harmon Plumbing, and they agreed to refund the charge. I appreciate their willingness to listen to my concern and make things right.
They also followed up with a call to make sure my water heater was operating properly. While I was disappointed with the original charge, I appreciate that Harmon Plumbing was willing to address my concerns and resolve the issue. In my experience, a company’s willingness to listen, take responsibility, and work toward a resolution says a lot about how they value their customers.
Yesterday I received fast and highly professional service from Harmon Plumbing. Nick Comeaux and Leo Olmos arrived quickly to take care of a pipe leak inside my garage wall. They found the source of the problem right away and replaced the leaking pipes.
Nick and Leo were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing throughout the process and made sure everything was fixed properly.
I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely call Harmon Plumbing again if I need any plumbing work in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly plumbing service!
