Angels on earth!!! I am a infusion patient here and have been getting infusions for over a year, today didn't go as smoothly as others. I was hooked up to the machine meds were started and I was feeling great, all of a sudden it hit me. I was on ? and I couldn't stop coughing. My nurse asked if I was okay and I politely said yes (I had been sick) but once she leaves my chest and throat start to tighten and I felt dizzy, again I'm coughing like crazy trying to clear my throat so I can breath. Before I had time to send someone for my nurse she was rushing back in there asking all kinds of questions as I started to cry, saying I can't breathe! I was burning up gasping for air and these nurses in this center took action! Before I knew it I was surrounded by nurses, and they were calling allergic reaction over the intercom, one was charting, the other was rushing for epi, the others were paging the Dr, grabbing oxygen, stopping meds, getting benadryl.... you name it these women and man were all over the situation. I'm a high anxiety patient so it took some convincing but I finally let them give me Epi. While a nice older Dr there that was so kind he held my hand through it. These nurses were trained and worked together as one unit, no lack of communication just compassion and good training executed here. Unc chapel hill and all it's affiliated offices have had my vote for years but I just wanted to share incase someone else out there needs the boost to put your life in their hands. Love this place!!!!!! Thank you to the infusion center nurses your dedication and love is honorary!

They have a solid operation. I messed up my appointment time and ended up being an hour late but they graciously squeezed me in for my allergy test. The doctor took his time with me to answer my questions and thoroughly go over my results. Highly recommend

Lindsey is extremely talented!I first saw her 6 months ago where I was desperate for help with my dark, thinning hair and starting the battle with stray grays. And so it began- Lindsey came up with some ideas asked for my input and we put her plan into action! First she cut my stringy, past the shoulder length hair to just below my chin! Wow, the volume it added! From there we did lighter shades of highlights /hair painting to blend the gray while letting my hair grow a bit to shoulder length. This last visit we did the final phase of blonde!Lindsey was upfront with the process from the start. Knowing it would take time, money & effort to achieve the goal initially now we can just do maintenance ?Lindsey absolutely knows hair! She is a perfectionist and does not want you leaving nervous or unhappy. I chose to go out of my comfort zone going short and blonde because I trust Lindsey’s work. I would not have done this with just any stylist. Lindsey listens to my ideas, shares her extensive knowledge and executes a plan! This last phase was fun too; Lindsey worked her magic and then we did a reveal at the end! Thank you!!!!!

Elena is the best esthetician I have ever worked with. She has the perfect touch that is both gentle and soothing, yet firm and invigorating in just the right places.
She is also extraordinarily mindful of her client's needs. I have allergies and sensitivities. Elena selected a few of the milder products, told me every ingredient, had me smell each option, and took the time to do test patches to make sure that the ones we chose would be safe. The products we ended up choosing felt absolutely wonderful and I had no issues at all. I'm grateful for her patience and concern for getting everything just right.

Brooke is amazing. I got married this past April in Chapel Hill and was looking for a barber nearby to get myself and wedding party lined up the day of the wedding. Brooke exceeded every expectation I had. Not only was she able to accommodate myself and 4 groomsmen she was so professional and pleasant. The day before the wedding Brooke was able to buzz my head and line up my beard. The day of the wedding Brooke opened her shop early to get all my guys cuts and beard trims, we all looked amazing on my big day all thanks to Brooke.
Drew is one of the finest barbers in Chapel Hill. If you are wondering about the quality of his work, just try and get an appointment. It's easier to get a reservation for dinner at the Angus Barn during the Christmas season than it is to get an appointment with Drew. His calendar "opens" one day at a time, five weeks in advance. If you miss the slots for that day, try again tomorrow. He is that busy because he's that good. No, he's not cheap so people don't flock there for the low prices. They go there because you get a great haircut at a price that you're willing to pay for a great haircut.

I just went there yesterday after a long hiatus because of a bad experience at a different barber shop. The massage chair was amazing with cold water bottles to keep me hydrated. Tiffany cut my hair and had me looking like a different person when I came out. She was very nice and made sure I was comfortable and let me know i was in good hands because she could tell i was nervous. I highly recommend them. Very courteous and professional. All of the workers complimented me before leaving and I felt very confident and didn't have to wear a hat when leaving like I did at the last place. 10 of 10 and I'll definitely be going back

I’ve been going to Vin Nails since they first opened, and I’ve consistently had such a great experience there. I always get my nails done with Diana, and she truly never misses with the French manicure. She’s incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and always does an amazing job. Everything feels relaxed and never rushed.
Another thing that sets the salon apart is how well they manage appointments. At so many other places, I’ve experienced double booking or longer waits, but Vin Nails was always ready for me at my scheduled appointment time.
I recently moved to a different state, otherwise I would absolutely still be going to see Diana regularly. I give her and this salon my highest recommendation!!!! I miss it already!!
Cheri is one of the best manicurists I have ever met. She is gentle, careful, and precise with every single treatment. She knows how to do cuticles properly which is so rare! Your nails, cuticles, hands and feet will be incredibly well cared for; Cheri uses the most natural, high quality, non-chemical products she can get, so you’ll not only look great, but feel great and have the healthiest skin and nails possible. I recommend the 10 minute add-on leg and foot massage with the pedicure - absolute heaven!

First experience at Malibu was excellent. The shop is peaceful and clean. Folks are welcoming and listen carefully. Pedicure was well done , comfortable and complete. Anna, the owner, is very personable and a perfectionist. She worked diligently to create my color wish for my dip powder manicure and did a meticulous manicure. Prices are very fair and no extra charges added for needed services. I had a top notch experience and will definitely return and continue to sing their praises.

Had been in Chapel Hill for a while. Time for a haircut. I did a Yelp search and saw that Salon 135 got 5 stars, so decided to check it out.
I had the chance to stop by in person and made an appointment last night for a haircut this afternoon. The lady at the front desk was quite friendly, and she assigned me to Jennifer because she is more experienced at cutting straight hair.
It was the Homecoming weekend, I had trouble finding parking, so I was about 15 minutes late when I arrived at the salon this afternoon. Jennifer was working on her client who had an appointment before me because he was 20 minutes late. So I had to wait for about 10 additional minute until she finished.
Jennifer was friendly and professional! She gave suggestions and worked with me on deciding the hairstyle I was getting. We had a good conversation during the haircut. I requested an additional layer when she was ready to wrap up. She immediately worked on it without further ado. My whole cut, which involved cutting away about 6 inches with lots of layering, took about 50 minutes from start to finish.
All in all, Salon 135 has a friendly and professional staff. The $38 women cut was worth the price!

Caiti has been cutting my hair for a while, but at my most recent appointment I was ready for something different. I explained the issues I was having with my hair, and she listened, offered suggestions with a picture, and gave me a cut that I absolutely love. It's exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who takes the time to understand what you want and helps you find a style that works for you.

Took them alittle while to get to my truck which cost me some work, (there was an illness to staff- understandable). They made good on the rekey and I think learn something about business. All said, if the staff is well they can rekey and reprogram just about any car, I would not hesitate to use them again. Definitely cheaper and quicker than any car dealer.

When I was looking for a turnover team, I did a lot of research and Melissa was a little higher priced than some piece-meal options I was looking at putting together. I called her and asked her what she provides that makes her worth more than other options in the area. From that conversation, I knew she was going to be an invaluable asset to my business, and she has blown me away with every interaction since. I recently had a renter leave the house in such a state that we had to make a claim, and she documented everything, communicated everything with me as it was going on, and was just super professional and went so far above and beyond the call of duty. I'm telling you, if you need turnover service, I highly recommend you adding Spotlessklean to your team.
Jason was kind enough to take our call in a Sunday while he was on a job. We were able to get an appointment set up quickly for our unusual flooring situation. We were not able to make a purchase given our flooring logistics at this time, but Jason was helpful in his advice and recommendations for next steps. It is my general sense that if we had work done with this company, it would be done properly. Yes it is quite a bit more than a big box store quote but our job calls for something outside the box. Much appreciated!

Cederberg Kitchens recently completed a beautiful renovation of our 28-year-old kitchen. From the initial visit to see the space and talk about our goals, everyone we worked with was unfailingly professional, expert in what they did, and meticulous in their work. Their ideas and advice, from the conceptual to the detailed, enhanced the project from start to finish, leaving us with a result that is more pleasing to spend time in and more functional to cook in than we anticipated before getting started. The project was completed on time despite our leaving town for 10 days and adding extra work near the end. And, in addition to the quality of their work, everyone from Cederberg was a pleasure to work with on a personal level. Daily early morning texts telling us who would be there that day and when they would be coming always started with a “good morning.” We highly recommend them.
I'm typically a DIY person, but after struggling to take the finish off the old deck, I knew I was in trouble. There were rotten deck boards and the railings were barely hanging on. I needed experts. During the summer of 2022, our then 16-year-old daughter, Tori, let us know that she was having difficulty breathing while running, especially during hard workouts. Her breathing was labored and shallow. She told us it felt like I was breathing through a straw.
We started to pray for Tori’s lungs to be opened so she could breathe.
We sought advice from conventional health-care professionals about immune deficiency disorders, iron deficiency, and exercise-induced asthma. Tori tried an inhaler. It didn’t work. In fact, nothing worked.
Because Tori couldn’t breathe, she cut back on her training and races were full of anxiety about whether she would be able to breathe.
On September 17, 2022, Tori reached rock-bottom at a cross country race. She finished well-back in the pack. She was very disappointed and discouraged and was thinking of quitting.
My bride was able to get Tori an appointment with Dr. Gangemi. He diagnosed Tori’s problem as a diaphragm impingement and was able to fix the cause of her not being able to breathe. Prayer answered. Tori competed in the 2022 state meet, finishing 6th.
Tori has seen highs and lows – winning states as a sophomore, not being able to breathe as a junior and almost quitting yet finishing 6th at the 2022 state meet. This past season, she finished 2nd as a senior at the state cross country meet and received an athletic scholarship to run cross country and track at Hillsdale College.
To state the obvious, none of Tori’s accomplishments would have happened without God answering our prayer and guiding us to Dr. Gangemi and his holistic health care approach to fixing the problem, not the symptoms. We are extremely grateful.

I had a great experience at this location and I highly recommend them. I was dealing with a flair up of lower back pain. Practicioner was attentive and throughout, and made a full assessment before adjustment. My back improved significantly after appointment.

Have had this studio in my “recent search” on Google Maps frequently because I can come back for any of my slow yoga, power yoga, and pilates/core/sculpt class needs! I love to keep a rotation of studios and Y6 is def one of the most frequent. Shout out to Abby and the new Core class she instructs~ got me and my friend struggling together 😂

I had my first class at Sudio 8 and was very impressed. I have been to other studios that have bigger classes, less personalized instruction. I felt very comfortable and loved the attention to my form and issues I face with my neck. Julie was very detailed in her instructions and the benefits of each exercise. She is extremely knowledgable about pilates techniques for all shapes, sizes and ages of people. It was also fun and very personable.
I have been going to triangle body therapy for 7 years. Every session has given me relief in some part of my body. I.have arthritis everywhere (it seems) and Owen’s treatments always relieve pain and stiffness. I think he is amazingly talented and effective.. J W

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years, and I always feel so at peace after a sound bath. It’s healing, meditative, and eases my anxiety and stress. Daran plays singing bowls, tuning forks, and the didgeridoo. My favorite is feeling the frequency of the drum playing over my body. Daran and Edie are kindhearted, and their space is warm and inviting. If you haven’t come here for a sound bath yet you are missing out!

So thankful my sister told me about this place!!!! It actually was a last minute decision after a different massage place cancelled on us. We showed up without an appointment ( which they actually prefer appointments) for a birthday massage for my Mom. The staff here are super nice and accommodating...more importantly give GREAT massages (and my mom is super picky lol) . I will be coming back to try all their services!!!!! Virginia is unlike any physical therapist I've worked with. After playing soccer for thirty years and suffering from osteoarthritis, I have worked with dozens of physical therapists, trying to relieve my chronic pain. Although I would have short time periods when I experienced relief, the standard, mainstream treatment methodologies they're all taught in PT school were not working for me. Insurance companies determine the number of appointments allowed. Someone suffering from osteoarthritis and severe chronic pain cannot find relief using this formula. Virginia is forward-thinking in her treatment plans using cutting-edge techniques like dry needling and red light therapy; both of these non-invasive, holistic services are not often accepted by many well-known medical facilities and treatment centers. Her sincere concern for her patients' well-being is apparent on the first visit; she is empathetic. She then works with her patients to formulate a personalized treatment plan for each person. After working with Virginia for a couple of months and my dedication to following the home exercises she recommended, I felt immense relief. I was able to return to rigorous, high-impact workouts and mountain biking. My overall mental health improved tremendously. Virginia is one of the best physical therapists in the Chapel Hill area. I highly recommend scheduling an evaluation with her. You will be thankful you did.
It was hard to make the physical therapy appointment even though my insurance doesn't require a referral. But once I got my PCP to call one in, I had a great experience with several of the physical therapists. It's clearly one of the higher functioning, effective departments at UNC. (Minus whoever answers the phone.)
I received physical therapy for arthritis in my neck and thoracic spine related to DISH. Dr. Jay is a caring and knowledgeable therapist who gave me excellent care. He has convenient office hours and was flexible to adjust to my work schedule. I am doing much better thanks to him! I would highly recommend Dr. Jay to anyone with spine problems/back and neck pain.
Dr. Ariana Johnson is comprehensive in her approach to physical therapy. After years of a variety of testing, physical therapy, treatments, etc., Ariana was the only medical professional able to diagnose, and then work with me to remedy my chronic pain. Her expertise prevented surgery. I highly recommend her.
When I first started going, I had pain whether I ate or didn’t eat, couldn’t sleep, and had may other issues. Because my issues started during pregnancy, I was referred to one of their female health staff. I appreciate that they have staff that are knowledgeable in specific areas.
Dr. Ning has been amazing in helping me to manage my symptoms and deal with new things that may come up. She always takes time to listen to me and explain things thoroughly.
Very happy to have found Acupuncture Healing Center. Alecia helped prepare my body for fertility treatments and continues to help during my pregnancy. Alecia listens to me and my body’s needs and has been helpful with minor aches and pains to helping with major headaches and other pregnancy related issues. Also, Hannah is so easy to work with when scheduling appointments. I have also had the pleasure of seeing Carmela once, and cannot say enough good things about this entire practice.

I’ve been working with Colleen at The Balance Point for several years now. She is absolutely the most wonderful acupuncturist I’ve ever worked with. I have tried several other practitioners before, and none are able to help me like Colleen. She truly listens to me, and is so gentle with her technique. I have several ongoing health issues, and she is always able to help my symptoms resolve. She has been most helpful getting my cold weather arthritis under control. He once injured his shoulder and one treatment fixed the problem. She has helped me several times, and twice cured my severe poison Ivy rash in a few days with one acupuncture treatment and special herb tea powder she made that I drank at home.
