Yoga Off East is an excellent yoga studio in the heart of the American Tobacco Campus in Durham. It’s an absolutely beautiful space in an old, converted tobacco warehouse and I am always pondering the history of the building while relaxing in class. We had the most wonderful experience hosting a private graduation yoga class at Yoga Off East. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Before my first class, I already felt a sense of calm with the water features in American Tobacco District. I was warmly greeting at the studio and given instructions on how to check in, where the tea was (there were two kinds already brewed) and where to find the restrooms. The studio is airy, large, and urban. Huge windows that were recently made sound proof, markers on the floor to space out mats and a well stocked props area. The three instructors I've had are skilled, personable and unique in style. I will continue practicing at Yoga Off East.
