I had a really positive experience with SAM IT Solutions, LLC. They were quick to respond and got me in the same day I reached out, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
Sam (the owner) offered excellent guidance before my appointment, and Jaimeet was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable during our time working together.
I truly appreciate their support and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.
Sam was great! knowledgeable in computers for sure. He was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it in a timely manner. He also fixed/ optimized my computer to a better condition than it was when i first got it. After the service my computer feels brand new. If i ever have issues again i will definitely be calling sam!
I don't have enough words for Sam. Professional, empathic, efficient, considerate, fair. He was able to very quickly diagnose and fix my computer's PSU/Corruption issues. Now it's working like brand new. Very fair price, and did not upcharge for the replacement part. Will not go to anyone but Sam, would 100% recommend him over any of the scammers that you usually see that offer repairs.
