I was looking for a damper assembly for a frigidaire refrigerator and they were the only one that had it. It was less expensive than the one I found online. So, I didn't have to wait. Just went over and picked it up.

Absolutely first-rate experience with Hugh (the "H" in D&H). Easy to schedule, came out fast, worked quickly and expertly, figured out the problem in minutes and ordered the part. I called this company after a very mediocre experience with a different Bosch repair company (which was highly rated), and I am floored by the difference in service.
