“I had a dream of renovating and adding on to my very small and dated kitchen. I was very nervous about finding a contractor who I felt would listen to what I wanted and carry out my desires at a high level ensuring all tasks were done well. In my research, I came upon CQC. I got a sense from their website that they were a very thorough and qualified organization. I was not disappointed. The entire process was seamless. I got to actually enjoy the journey while designers, architects and project managers took the lead carrying out my approved design plans. In addition to the sub-contractors arriving daily to chip away at the renovation process, I also had daily visits from the Project Manager, Lawrence and several visits from the designer, Natalia.
Both were excellent and were very picky and made sure the tiny details that I often would not have thought about were taken care of while keeping me in the loop and ensuring I was pleased with the progress. Additionally, Natalia was an excellent designer who aided me with making solid design choices and in creating 3D imagery of my kitchen so I could see it prior to any breaking of ground. The one thing that I think most impressed me about CQC is that they stand behind their work and don't leave you once the job is complete. A few years after the renovation was completed, I had an issue with my kitchen sink in that I did not like the way the sink material was wearing. I worked with Grant, Lawrence, Shawn, John, Mike and Devin in getting it switched out with a new sink. They were wonderful to work with. Devin, the project manager, changed out the sink for me and did an absolutely wonderful job. He came to the house to look at the sink and then made a plan for the change out. He was so professional and polite. I cannot say enough good things about CQC. You will not go wrong with this company. I highly recommend CQC because they deliver a quality product and are trustworthy.
