“During the difficult time of losing our pup of 12years Daisy. Serenity Pets was there to help us . Dave was very kind and respectful. Daisy passed away on Saturday we called Serenity Pets and being we lived close by they meet us there. We were kept well informed of the progress the options available and pricing. We picked her up on Thursday. The urn that was provided and the option for the paw print I am well pleased with. When the time comes again we will definitely use them again.”
