“I’ve been taking private and duet classes and absolutely love the experiences. Meredith is an attentive and kind teacher, she’s very knowledgeable of the body and her cues are always highly effective.I love how supportive and encouraging she is, and being a physical therapist herself her teachings are very much tailored to the individual and their abilities and needs.“
“Great, Great Great ? service, therapist Yonica is the best ever, did I mention how great they are. Very Highly Recommended“
“I choose CityPT because I liked that they had a lot of pts who were women. They were super helpful at explaining my insurance and were very proactive in reaching out and having a phone conversation with me about my needs. I also loved the client portal where I could track progress and goals my pt set up along with the exercises I was (supposed) to do.I reached out to Rashi Anand because she has experience with dancers. She was so essential to my shoulder recovery! She really encouraged me to aim for the dancing goals I wanted and targeted the muscles I need to support my shoulder injury. She was so good at challenging me and building on the strengths I was slowing getting. She is super kind and easy to talk with. I appreciate her checking up on me during the process.I was surprised how telehealth actually worked out for me. I was hesitant at first but Rashi was able to work with what tools I had at home to build exercises around. She helped me build strength but also instructed stretches for my neck and trap pain. It felt good to notice results (aka stability in my shoulder)! Very thankful for working with Rashi!“
