Rick performed the Home Paramount services today and was very professional and helpful. He did a great job with my property and really cared about his work. He even took time to explain potential issues to me in my crawl space. Great team member for Home Paramount.
The only thing was I had gotten a voicemail saying the tech would be at the house between 12:30 and 2pm. I get a voicemail saying he’s at the house at around 10:30 or so. I was out running errands and I like to be there when he comes. He also left bait traps, I didn’t ask for them but I can always use them.
Rick is fantastic! He’s very thorough and explained why bugs were entering my garage, offering helpful suggestions to fix the issue. During his visit, he even found a large squirrel nibbling on a hole in our roof eaves. He quickly reached out to a technician who will be on the way to address the problem. Rick truly cares about his customers and is always willing to go the extra mile to keep our home bug-free.
