Again JD Service has an excellent employee in Anna. I showed her around my condo, she asked a few questions, and went about her work. She is a delight to work with. She had been here before on a service call and was a joy to work with both times. Thank you for having great employees.

Excellent service, findings well documented with photos. Recommended services graded by urgency. Findings provided without pressure leaving us with HVAC overall system status for my wife and I to discuss and decide on services to be performed, or not, after the two technician’s departure. They double-checked items of interest to us and made sure all of our concerns were assuaged. Explanation of findings were clearly and concisely presented aided greatly by the photographs taken,We were very satisfied with their efforts.

Niko came to assess my tankless water heater that had been installed years prior to me buying the house. He is polite, professional and gave all the options with what I needed. My water heater needed to be replaced and was expecting to have to schedule for a different time. Niko said it would be that same day. I appreciate he gave me all the information on each model to make the right decision without pressure. Great service!
