John has been tremendously helpful in keeping me healthy as a distance runner over the last year. John is great at finding the underlying cause of the issue and treating it via both manual techniques and other physical therapy exercises. I’ve been going to Stiner Massage since May, and honestly, I don’t know if he’s a massage therapist, a magician, or just part-human, part-anatomy textbook. This is way more than a relaxing spa massage—it’s like physical therapy on steroids (but legal ones). He talks through what’s bothering me, tests my strength and mobility like he’s training me for the Olympics, and then fixes me up.
One of our shared goals is keeping me healthy and active for my family, and he never lets me forget it.
