“I had two different folks out to my place today from here. Christian Meads did an initial consultation and then Charlie Smith came out to do a camera inspection of the pipes.

First, same day service, including getting the second guy out. Great. Second, they were both professional and friendly.

I spent more time with Charlie, and he did a good job explaining things so I could understand it, giving me options, etc.

Btw, y'all might find it interesting, they came out because my septic line was STRUCK BY LIGHTNING. They also helped clearly document stuff so that the insurance claim will be straightforward.“

The tech was clearly knowledgeable and, after inspecting things, determined the problem wasn't actually plumbing-related — they told me straight instead of trying to find something to fix or upsell me on services I didn't need. They also moved furniture out of the way before inspecting (so it wouldn't get damaged) and moved it all back when they were done. Honest, fast, and thorough. Highly recommend.“

“Dalton and his partner did a great job switching out old hot and cold shower handles for a singular hot/cold shower handle. Dalton was super with communication and had to work through existing shower tile with minimal tile removal/repair. He was able to recommend a really good tile guy to repair the pieces that had to be removed. Once the tile guy finished his repair (~4hrs.), Dalton came back through the next day (tile had to set/dry) to install the new shower handle and shower spout. I stayed in constant touch with the ACME dispatcher and Dalton throughout the process. Thank you.“

I called on a Sunday, they answered the phone! And we scheduled for Monday. Noah called me as he was inbound to give me an ETA, was on time and it is really wet today, he took off his shoes. The bolts rusted through the tank, hence the leak. The toilet was old so we agreed to rebuild the tank, Mum has a year warranty, we got a 10% discount and all of us are thrilled and happy.
