“Excellent service at excellent prices! We have used A&S Appliance Repair before. Recently, Floyd Spell, the owner, squeezed us in between appointments. Floyd was professional, extremely knowledgeable about refrigerators, pleasant and polite. He quickly determined that our coils had frozen due to a clogged drain. He made the necessary repairs and also replaced (for free!) a small, unrelated tube that looked a little frayed. Floyd stayed to confirm that the problem had been fixed. “Mr. Stewart, the company's president stepped out of his office as I was awaiting someone to speak with about a part for my new oven no tech was able to locate. Frustrated and w/o an oven for 7 weeks, I asked if he might have ideas, even though I never bought anything from this store. This friendly man expressed concern, and went out of his way to track down a supplier with his national connections. I had the part in a week. Next time I shop for an appliance, this is where I will do business. This was just an act of goodwill, for which he had no reason to go out of his way.“

“We had One Source come out for a warranty call through Lowes and couldn’t be happier! We had issues with our fridge freezing items from day one. Another company came out initially & told us to put things on the top shelf of the fridge that we don’t mind freezing! One Source sent Lee out and in 10 minutes he explained what was wrong with our fridge and the parts he was going to order. Once the parts were in, he had everything replaced in 30 minutes.
